A Radical Muslim

I and my husband had to leave Iran to protect our lives in February 2018 because we choose to be Christian. When we came to Turkey we went to the U.N.(United Nations) and asked for help. They organized a meeting for a year later because they saw my pain and the scars in my body. It was the earliest empty interview time. When the time came the rules changed so they didn’t interview us. They just told us that the new Turkish immigration office is now in charge.

Finally, after 3 years the police accepted to interview us. Our interviewer was a radical Muslim. He argued with me a lot about Islam and Christianity. Most of the questions were about my faith not my story and he wasn’t familiar with Christianity and Iran’s political and religious rules. However, they will give us a response in 3 weeks, at the end of March 2021.

Please pray for us. If they reject our case, we have to leave Turkey. We can’t go back to Iran and we don’t know what we will be facing.
