Dear bretheren,
I hope every one is doing well at your end. As you all know that US and its allies’ troops attacked Taliban and Al-Qaeda movements 20 years ago after the WT center came under attack of the Al-Qaeda chaired by Osama Bin Laden. When the Taliban regime ousted by US in 2001, the hope for a better future for the Afghans was raising day by day. Every single Afghan citizen believed that the chapter of Islamic atrocity is closed and will never emerge again, but this faded away due to resurgence of the Taliban and other Islamic terror organizations by the passage of time.
Afghans enjoyed only four first years of peace and prosperity after US attacked Afghanistan. Corruption and misleading of power led to the resurgence, which took lives of thousands Afghans. After the peace treaty which was signed between US and Taliban in Doha, Qatar, it emboldened Taliban to gain upper hand on the ground and international legitimacy. Trump administration vowed a pull-out by the 1st May, 2021, but Joe Biden changed the date to 11th Sept, 2021.
US seemingly looks determined and troops pull-out is imminent, so political analysis show that after pull-out an all-out civil war between several ethno-political parties/factions and Islamists and the Government of Afghanistan will start after withdrawal, in which the whole nation will be insecure, particularly the minorities, women, and the tiny number of new believers of Jesus Christ. Because those waring sides will not tolerate Christians to live in Afghanistan. Christian will be targeted first and foremost.
Now I am in the middle of an uncertain future, I don’t actually know what will happen to me and my family if that happens. The situation has created a mental crisis to me, I can’t make decisions due to some restraints that I have been facing as a converted believer. Despite all mounting situations I strongly believe in God. I believe that Jesus is helping me and protecting my family.
